great experience , but room needed better amenities

I also appreciated the wide variety of food options in the buffet, which catered well to my tastes.

I was really let down by my experience here. The air conditioning in my Premium Superior room often shut off unexpectedly, causing me to return to a stifling room after a long day of exploring. When I tried to extend my stay for one more night, the price suddenly increased by about $45 USD, which felt unfair. I ultimately had to abandon my plans and find a different hotel that offered a more comfortable experience at a better rate.

Rooms feel outdated and could use some renovation, but breakfast offered an exceptional selection catering to various dietary needs. The lobby area is comfortable, yet the restaurant staff seemed unhelpful, making breakfast feel more like a chore. A major downside was the absence of a convenience store, making it difficult to obtain basic necessities while navigating the surrounding unfamiliar streets.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view of olive trees. It had a flat-screen TV, a seating area, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a refrigerator. The fitness center was nice for workouts. Breakfast had a great buffet with many fresh options. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant stay.
